donumenta annually invites artists of all branches from one Danube Country to participate in a cultural exchange. In cooperation with curators from the particular countries the following topics are across all subjects presented in Regensburg: fine arts, music, literature, dance, theatre, film and history of the Danube Countries. Series of lectures about the history of the particular guest country integrate the political and social past into present. Arts and culture of the Danube Countries are presented from a highly contemporary point of view. With donumenta Regensburg became a platform for international cultural exchange with the Danube Countries and Southeast Europe.
